Track Your Order

Track Your Order

Zerovoltion Four stages, and one only moves when it has really moved.

Most of the wait happens before a carrier ever touches your machine — and most shops show you nothing at all until it does. These are the four stages your order goes through, what each one means, and what we are actually doing during it.

01

Processing

Your payment cleared and the order is ours.

What is happening: we check the address against what a freight carrier will accept, and confirm the machine you ordered is the one on the shelf. Nothing is physically moving yet, and we would rather say so than show you a spinning icon.

02

Packing & Handling

Someone has your machine in front of them.

What is happening: the unit is checked, its serial number is recorded against your order, the charger and accessories go in, and the carton is closed and strapped for freight. This stage is a person doing work — it moves when they finish, not when a clock says so.

03

Waiting for Shipment

Packed, labelled, and standing by the door.

What is happening: nothing, honestly — and that is worth telling you. Your order is finished on our side and is waiting for the carrier to collect it. This is the stage most shops hide, because it looks like inactivity. It is not. It is a finished job waiting on somebody else’s truck.

The hand-off. You already have your tracking number — we email it when the label is printed, usually a day or two before this moment. But a number is not a location. Until the carrier physically takes the machine and scans it, that number has nothing to report, and it will sit there showing you nothing. This is the moment it starts to mean something. Give it about 24 hours after collection to show its first movement.

04

Shipping & In Transit

The carrier has it, and now you can watch it move.

What is happening: you have a tracking number and the carrier updates it directly. Freight is not parcel — a heavy machine moves between depots, and the carrier will usually call you to arrange a delivery window. That is why we ask for a phone number at checkout, and arranging your delivery is the only thing we use it for.

What we will and will not promise you

We will tell you when the next update is due. We will not invent a delivery date. A date we cannot keep is worse than a window we can, and freight is the part of this we control least.

A stage only advances when the thing it names has actually happened. There are no automatic pings on this page, and no stage that moves just because time passed.

If something looks wrong

  • Stuck on one stage longer than you expected? Write to us. It is far more likely that we owe you an explanation than that the page is broken.
  • Arrived damaged? That is not a return and it is not on you — tell us within 7 days of delivery and we pay the freight both ways. Shipping policy
  • Changed your mind? 30 days from delivery, and the whole schedule is published before you ride. Returns policy
  • Anything else? Write to us, or read the FAQ.
